Yaku Amazon is an intimate all-inclusive lodge with 3 spacious bungalows located in the heart of the rich Peruvian Amazon. It is in a pristine location where you will explore the abundant nature of the rainforest with a private guide for personalized experiences – an adventure of a lifetime!

The Lodge
Yaku Amazon is exclusive with 3 spacious bungalows located in the heart of the rich primary rainforest. In your bungalow, relax in a hammock on your personal balcony with a stunning view of Corrientes Lake. A perfect place to take in the sights and sounds of nature.
Cuisine
Our authentic Peruvian and international gourmet meals are expertly crafted by our chefs, culinary experts. Local and fresh organic ingredients are used in the dishes. Enjoy delectable dining at Yaku Amazon!
Location
Yaku Amazon is a private lodge located on one of the black water oxbow lakes, Corrientes Lake, along the Yanayaku tributary. Our location is in the heart of the rich primary rainforest biodiversity and is the ideal place to discover and experience the beauty of the Peruvian Amazon. We are approximately 140 km. (87 miles) southeast of the city of Iquitos.
Our Mission
Yaku Amazon Lodge has an ecological vocation for the preservation and protection of the environment, in collaboration with Ayacucho village. We support ecotourism by providing employment to the local community, protecting the environment and enriching personal experiences and environmental awareness to all. Yaku Amazon Lodge also is on the Board of the Nevada Building Hope Foundation which provides educational support and humanitarian aid to the people living in our local communities.
Excursions
Your excursions may include viewing the magnificent sunset on the Amazon with grey and pink dolphins, discovering medicinal plants and wildlife on day jungle walks, walking in the jungle at night, boat excursions during the day and night sighting wildlife, swimming in the Amazon River, fishing, stargazing, early morning bird watching, visiting the local village, and so much more!
